HV, LV coil material:

NOMEX® insulation materials are used as high-and-low voltage coil with soaking through VPI-vacuum pressure impregnating equipment and high temperature curing machine. After many times curing, it is sealed by high intensity H-grade insulation materials, and dried by high temperature. High-voltage coil adopts continuous structure of high mechanical strength low voltage coil adopts foil or longitudinal air lane screw-type coil structure. The coils after impregnating with the advantages: good damp proof and withstands heat shock, no partial discharge, easy to absorb after life time environment protection. It can be recovered after it is used up.

Core:

Core structures are fabricated in a ”stepped” configuration from special high-grade, cold rolled, grain-oriented silicone steel. The steel laminations are clamped at the top and bottom to absorb vertical stresses on the core. Iron-core materials: 0.3mm thickness Hipersil, 45° all oblique triangle joint, no punched hole, no pull screw stem, coated with insulation paint.

Brought-out line:

HV external terminals are rooted upper of windings, tap contactors are in the middle, on the condition of off-circuit through the contractors divert taps so can change output voltage.

LV external terminals are a kind of conductive bus, and connected by external line.

Shield cover:

If the costumer require, we can provide IP20 and IP23 shield cover.

Cover shield class IP20 means: it can prevent the diameters of solid eye winkers are larger than 12mm from entering into. The net board made the top and bottom of the cover, all these make sure cooling air running.

Cover shield class IP23 included the above meaning, besides it can prevent the rains with vertical line 60° angle from entering into.
