Impact mining machinery crusher working principles:

impact crusher machine utilizes the impact power to crush materials into required sizes. While materials

entering into crushing cavity, they will broken by the high-speed impact of hammer bars and

thrownto the impact device installed on rotators for further crushing, again they are rebounded

from the impact plate to the area where hammers effect for further crushing. This process will be

carried again and again until the materials are reduced to required sizes and discharged from the outlet. Material size and shape can be changed by adjusting the clearance between the

impact frame and rotators frame.
