Key Features of IP542N

The IP542N is an excellent choice for wireless desk top business IP phone. Standard features on IP542N includes four active lines and 4 dynamic soft keys, 802.3af PoE support, high-quality speakerphone, a wireless (802.11g) client and 2.5mm headset port. Each line can be configured independently to use a unique phone number or can use a shared number that is assigned to multiple phones.

The phone also provides the option for wireless network connectivity, providing unrestricted placement.

IP542N supports various auto-provisioning method using state-of-the-art technologies such as TR-069, HTTPS, HTTP and TFTP. IP652 provides a rich user experience with wireless (892.11g) connection HD voice for excellent voice clarity and intuitive menu options.

Web Configuration

The IP542N supports web configuration with MD5 authentication, and two level configurations which are admin mode and user mode. In admin mode user can configure all parameters, while in user mode user can only configure partly parameters with partly can't configuration such as VoIP settings.
