Polyester fiber introduction:

Polyester fiber also called PET fiber, is a new type of reinforcing and crack-resistant building material for bitumen concrete reinforcement. With 100% polyester as its raw material, it is produced by special technique. Polyester staple fiber is a kind of bunchy monofilament synthetic fiber. It has the advantages of heat resistant, anti-corrosion, high strength, high chemical stability, high gripping force.

Besides the small thinness,high tensile strength and easily scattering,polyester fiber has good heat-resistance.It can be used in hot-mixing bitumen concrete projects and reinforced crack-resistance for high-tensile concrete,so it is an ideal multi-functional reinforced material.

According to the testing report by many authorized organizations,the polyester fiber's main technological performance indexes all reach the advanced level of the same products in the world.

Application field: 1. Asphalt pavement of steel structure bridge deck. 2. Asphalt concrete pavement. 3. Newly-built asphalt concrete pavement. 4. Airport runway and paking apron. Use instruction: 1. Adding amount: 2-3kg/ ton asphalt concrete. 2. Put the crushed stones, sand and fiber into the blender at the same time, stir them up for 20-30 seconds. Then add bitumen into it and continue to stir for 30 seconds until they mix completely.
