Introduction:

The product is made of epoxy resin,hardener, various additives,Epoxy resin grout for gaps 35-75mm where the highest performance is required. Used for machinery base plates, crane rail tracks, bridge bearings, compressors, pumps and turbines, reciprocating machinery and high impact loads.

Features:

1.High-intensity & early strength: compressive strength (1d)≥50Mpa. The effect better than general materials.

2.Low-level hate peak immersion: suitable to large velum grouting, operating time can reach as long as 60 min.

3. Flowability: flowability≥300mm, it can fill all of the gap and accord to secondary grouting requirements.

Application:

1. It can be used in the secondary grouting installation of compressor \pump\punch machine \crusher\ball grinder\and other high vibration equipment etc; it can be also used in the grouting of equipment foundation section which subjects to chemical erosion.

2. It can be used in the grouting of tract foundation bridge, heavy in pressure section etc, and also in the connection of for example the grouting of track foundation and bridge support saddle. And rigidity connection of iron, pole constructed by reinforcing steel bar.

3. It can be used in concrete\stone\steel, plank and so on, it can be used as self leveling mortar.

Package & Storage

1. Part A:5±0.25kg/bucket,6 months from manufacture date stored in dry\cool place(≥5°C\41oF)\non-sunlight exposure with original package sealed, and general freight transport is allowed.

2. Part B:15±0.25kg/bucket,6 months from manufacture date stored in dry\cool place(≥5°C\41oF)\non-sunlight exposure with original package sealed, and general freight transport is allowed.

3. Part C:30±0.25kg/bucket,6 months from manufacture date stored in dry\cool place(≥5°C\41oF)\non-sunlight exposure with original package sealed, and general freight transport is allowed.
