Kingsheng (C-Alley, HK company) was founded in 2002. With a decade of years’ experiences in EMS industry,
we are an expert in contracting manufacturing and PCB assembly, specially dedicate to automotive, medical,
household appliances and telecommunication PCBA and electronic products finished assembly.

Most of our customers are mainly from Europe, Middle East, America and Russia. Our aim is to achieve
customer satisfaction through excellence in design, supply chain management, manufacturing and repair

3D Paste Thickness Test

Each board is carefully examined by our dedicated inspection team using AOI and high magnification viewers.

Using our X-Ray machine, we test PCBs to component level and all wiring is fully inspected and tested.

Flash testing and earth bonding tests can also be undertaken where required.

Prototype: 2-3 weeks
Low volume PCBA 100 pcs: 30-35 days
1K-10K: standard L/T is 50-60 days

Above is for first order of any new customers. If repeat orders, the L/T should be faster.

Each PCBA unit will be in anti static bag, then the bubble bag, and then put into PCBA carton.

Shipping

We can offer FOB Shenzhen, FOB H.K. or CIF at customer destination.
