Main Application:
This machine is a small-type device of making herbal medicine pills. It is specialized in making pills of 0.2g-6g, such as watered pill, water-honey bolus, honeyed bolus, condensed pill and Mongolia medical pill etc. which all belong to the middle-type honeyed bolus. It is fit for the production oriented to small batches and infinite variety.

It is mainly designed for some small pharmaceutical factories and preparation rooms of traditional Chinese medical hospitals. Its strongpoint rests with the enhancive function of producing big honeyed bolus on the basis of original virtues of Model 16A. Its a multi-functional machine; it can save room and be easily operated; and it can be added the functions of heating jacket or cooling jacket.

Operating Principles:

After medicinal power is well mixed with ingnedients such as water , honey, decoction or liquid extract etc. they are extruded into medicinal bars through the strip machine. Then, controlled by speed measuring motor, guide pulley, and trip transmitting machine, medicinal bars are cutled by the shaping cutter wheel and made into medicinal pills under high speed.

Process Route:

Grinding medical materials-mixing it with ingnedients- admixture-refining-making pills-dryness. Also you can replace different spec's scutter wheel according to your demand, so as to rub and make out pill with required diameter in succession.
