LLDPE Cast Stretch Film Application

It is widely used for papermaking, logistics, chemicals, plastic raw material, building materials, food, glass, electrical equipment, furniture ect.

1, blocking

It is the most important property of stretch film. With its super strong twisting force and nerviness, products are tightly and fixedly tied up to a block, making scattered small pieces into a single whole. And it won’t loose or detach under any disadvantaged environment. Besides, it has no sharp edge and stickiness, preventing damage.

2, primary protectiveness

It protects product surface. It will form a light protective surface to prevent dust, oil, damp and burglar. The importance is that it gives goods balanced force, avoiding the product damage due to unbalanced force.

3, compress stability

With its retraction after stretching, it will form a tight and less space occupying unit, making each pallet closely packed together, and preventing products from mutual dislocation and move. What’s more, it can adjust the tensile strength, making hard products closely and soft products tighten.

4, cost saving

It can efficiently save use cost. It is just 15% of the original box packing, 35% of heat shrink film, 50% of carton packing. At the same time, it can reduce labor intensity and improve packing efficiency and packing level.
