Shaftless screw conveyor is a new type equipment that designed and researched by ourselves, according to the actual demand of building industry, chemical industry, pro-environment industry, power industry, medicine industry, metallurgy, food and other industries, It has broader application than LS type and GX type screw conveyor with shaft. The machine are suitable for continuously conveying materials which are sticky, easy winding, easy block, bad liquidity. The temperature of materials can reach up to 100 °C, the biggest dip angle can be up to 45°

Compared with traditional screw conveyor having shaft, the shaftless screw conveyor can make use of its whole steel spiral that having certain flexibility to transport materials, because it is designed without shaft and suspending the bearing. thus it has the following advantages:
1,Screw has super wear resistance and durability and long service life.
2,Good anti-winding property:Without center shaft interference, it has special advantages for conveying ribbon pattern material and easy winding material , because there is no shaft ,so it can certainly avoid blocking by this design and reduce accident.
3,Good environmental performance:Adopting the totally closed delivery and easy cleaning surface of the spiral, it can ensure the environmental health and the material from pollution and leakage.
