Now i would like to share something about this bright point.

First , we value the election of raw material for precision machining parts very much. Every one knows that to choose material is very importmant in machinery industry. It will influence the next processing, schedule, the guarantee of delivery time , function and usage of the products. We choose raw material of cnc machining according to ISO Quality Management System 9001 , and we have built a special procedure of quality control for pruchasing raw material. We have the whole raw material control procedure from the choose of raw material , check and the following management.

As we know, there are thousands of raw material suppliers for wire edm machiing factoory in China. But what cooperated with us is not so many. We just choose famous suppliers as our raw material supliers such as : SONY,DISNEY,KYOCERA,SOLUXIMA TECHNOLOGIES,PANASONIC ,GZE TOSHIBA and so on, Only these big enterprises can ensure the quality. Though cooperating with big company, we still have our own quality control system to measure again

For normal material , such as iron , steel material, we just check normal, but for precious metal, such as tungsten steel , we must have checked using special instrument . We must check raw material personally.

Before manufacturing, our Production Department must check and screen again to ensure the quality right enough or not. all the series management to ensure every processing procedure to be right quality. In this way, Knaou Precision never have material defect records.
