CLY High Efficiency Oil Remover

High efficient oil remover,unites cyclone separation, rough filtering and precision filtering three purification as one,

with direct interception of oil and water in the compressed air, through the cyclone separation, gravity sedimentation,

rough filtering, precision filtering level, can thoroughly remove water, oil, dust. The filtering precision can reach 0.1um,

residual oil content can be less than 0.1ppm by this purification process.

What Can We Do? What We have in Air Separation Field?

1. PSA portable oxygen generator, purity is from 92-95% , output is from 3-200Nm3/h.

2.VPSA oxygen plant ,with low consumption, purity is from 30-95%. , output is from100-10000Nm3/h

3.Cryogenic liquid or gaseous oxygen plant, higher consumption,but high purity, purity is 99.6%, output is from 50-80000Nm3/h.

4. PSA portable nitrogen generator, purity is from 95-99.99% , output is from 5-3000Nm3/h.

5.Cryogenic liquid or gaseous nitrogen plant, higher consumption,but high purity, purity is from 99.99%-99.9995%, output is from 5-20000Nm3/h.

Sign legal contract in accordance with related national law and strict performance of contract.

Provide detailed technical drawings and other related documents within 10 days of effective ate of contract.

If supervision from buyer side is required during manufacturing, seller shall arrange proper accommodation.

Product certificate, packing list, inspection certificate,pressure vessel certificate and manual book shall be provided together with equipments

After-sales service

During installation and commission period, supplier shall send technicians to the factory site for guidance free cost. End user will bear visa cost, round ticket, local accommodation, transportation

and communication and salary of technicians in the period.

In case of any error, supplier shall send technician within 48 hours after getting visa for equipment maintenance.

Assist end user for equipment maintenance, management. Regularly remind end user to replace wearable parts, examine equipment and other notice. Make after-

sales service record to providefree technical advice against equipment maintenance.
