1.We will arrange shipment within 1-2 working days after confirming your payment.

2.To make sure your parcel safe and arrive in time, We suggest using Global express company: UPS/DHL/TNT/EMS/Fedex(We have greater percentage off ,thus it's economic). But if you have better choice, Pls tell us . We'll choose your preferred ways. For the Countries & Regions where EMS cannot reach, pls choose other shipping ways.

3.We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the express company .

4.Any import duty or charges are for the buyer's responsibility.

Refund & Replacement Policies:

1.We provide 90 days quality guarantee period for all products unless otherwise specified.

2.If the Electronics components you purchase from our company are not of perfected quality, or don't work electronically to manufacturers specifications(after you receive them), please contact us and ask for claim ASAP,but not to complaint to a third party, that won't help and no good to both. If in case there is a dispute, we hope it solved bilaterally and friendly. We are a sincerely and trusted supplier, and will try our best to satisfy your reasonable requirements, including but not limited to replacement and/or refund. And, We will bear the shipping fees of return.

3.If the Electronics component is defective, pls notify us within 3 days of receipt.

4.Any Electronics component must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.

5.All the shipping cost incurred is for buyer.
