3. Application

(1)Flocculant.can flocculate drilling fluid cutting and clay.

(2)Lubrication.the product will adhere to the surface of metal or clay particles and form a liquid film,changing solid surface friction,so as to lubrication the bits and drilling tools to reduce the mud cake’s friction coefficient and bring down mine accident rate.

(3)Plugging effect:affected by ions of A13+,Fe3+,Ca2+,cross-linking reaction could occur.and part of the high-molecular compound will be transferred from linear type into body type.it is insoluble in water ,which adheres to the wall of the well and close up the stratum gap and prevent the leakage of drilling fluid.

(4)filtration reducing effect.the higher the product’s hydrolysis degree is ,the more hydration groups are on its molecular chain and the better hydration effect it will be ,and it will change from flocculant into filtration reducer.

In drilling fluid,the product can form a net frame space with clay particles ,it’s effective viscosity drops along with the increase of shear thinning rate.it’s shear thinning effect is good.

25 Kg paper plastic three-in-one compound woven bags, or according to users’ requirement; Its shelf life is 2 years.

5. Attention

The product is moisture absorbent, thus to protect from damp and moist for conservation. It should be stored in a dry and ventilate storehouse, and not be exposed to air and sunshine.
