Oxygen production plants

Oxygen production plants include seven units, such as Power system, purification system, refrigeration system, heat exchange system, distillation system, transmission system, control system.

Yukun oxygen generator has been exported to Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Philippines, Turkey, Viet and Iraq etc.

We can design and manufacture the liquid &gaseous oxygen, nitrogen and argon with one ASP

Or only produce single product such as the liquid or gaseous oxygen or nitrogen products

Regarding the small type oxygen generator, we have the 20-200Nm3/h integral and movable oxygen plant and 20-400Nm3/h integral and movable nitrogen plant.

Nitrogen and Oxygen generator with argon from 1500-48000 m3/h are all put into production successfully, argon recovery rate is 80%.

Process Overview

1. Air compressors: The air is compressed to 0.5Mpa-0.7Mpa by the air compressor.
2. Pre-cooling: The air in the pre-cooling unit is pre-cooled to 5°C -10°C, and the water is separated.
3. Purification: The remaining water, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons in the air are removed from the purified air of the molecular sieve.
4. Air expansion: The air undergoes expansion refrigeration in the expander to provide the cooling capacity required by the device.
5. Heat exchanger: the aluminum plate fin heat exchanger has light weight and high heat transfer efficiency.

6. Sub-cooling: Liquid air and liquid nitrogen are cooled by the nitrogen and impure nitrogen in the sub cooler.
7. Distillation: the air is subjected to distillation separation in the lower tower, product nitrogen is obtained in the upper tower, and product oxygen is obtained at the bottom of the upper tower.
