Rigidity Waterproof Mortar E-18

E-18 Waterproof mortar is made of high polymer emulsion, a variety of inorganic materials and aggregates and additives.

Scope of application

Facades of the overall water seepage, kitchen and toilet, underground construction, elevators, channels, reservoirs, edible and non-edible water pool, waterproof floor.

Product features

1.Waterproof layer surface was pockmarked face shape, firmly bonded between decorative layer and protective layer.

Construction Technology:

• The base surface must be clean, sturdy, no oil, moist and loose fixtures, wet but not in water.

• According to mixing ratio, start blender while slowly adding liquid compound the powder, stir for 2-3 minutes until slurry without particulates. Mixing ratio: liquid material: powder = 1:4 (weight ratio).

• Brush directly on the base surface, use uniform intensity, generally 2-3 times; At room temperature, the second layer construction can be carried out when the first layer construction is finished after 12 hours.

• Stirred slurry should be used within 30 minutes, it is suitable to confect when in need.

• Nozzle sealing joints should be made of soft K11 high elastic waterproof slurry and use fiberglass cloth to strengthen sealed.

• Stirring slurry intermittently in order to prevent precipitation during the operation.

Precautions

1.Waterproof layer completion after 3 ~ 5 days, it can continue construction of material on the surface, but do not construct under 5°C.

2. Waterproof layer should be properly protected when meet violent sun or strong winds. After construction, tools should be cleaned with water immediately.

3. Appropriate water conservation should be done after coating in dry weather after 48h.

4. Do not construct on rain and snow, wind days and base surface with water and dust.

Facades, kitchen and toilet moisture, water: 2.0kg / m2

Basement: 3.0 ~ 4.0kg / m2

Transportation and Storage

Prevent from sun and rain, cold and attention to protecting package. Product stored at 5 °C ~ 40 °C ventilated, dry room. Pay attention to damp. Unopened product has 9 months shelf life.
