Firstly, the warranty for self-balancing scooter is one year,except battery is six months.

We will not provide free repair as the following situation happen.

1.The damage is caused by improper use ;

2 Customer repair or modify the product by themselves.

4.The damage is caused due to earthquakes, flood, fire and other natural disasters.
