It can exhaust the carbon dioxide produced by coffee beans while preventing the outside air from entering the bag,so as to lower the pressure inside the bag which would otherwise have the bag burst.By doing so, you can keep coffee beans dry and original. The Model V2 is fit for coffee bean packaging, it with good degassing performance and reliable quality

The coffee bag valve was originally developed for coffee. Coffee is unique, as it is the only food product that needs to be completely protected from oxygen (O2) while at the same time gives off relatively large volumes of another gas carbon dioxide(CO2).

Up until the 1960's it was impossible to package truly fresh, whole bean coffee because there was no package that could both protect it from O2 and release the CO2 gas from the package. The invention of the oneway coffee degassing valve and its incorporation into the flexible package forty years ago changed everything and the valve allowed the market for fresh roasted whole bean coffee to become what it is today.
