Gypsum board,with two sides of paper, is mixed with appropriate Additiveand Enhanced Fiber. The gypsum board is first invented in 1890 in America,then came into Europe in 1917. The gypsum board spread quickly, since it islight, warm, insulated, fire-resistant, green and easy to operate. It is
estimated that the gypsum board annual output reached 1,9billion squaremeter in 1997. 80% of walling materials uses gypsum board. Almost all theresidential construction in America uses the gypsum board as the InternalWall Material. As for the per capital consumption, it is 13.2 square meter peryear in Canada, 8.1 square meters in America, 4.4 square meters in Japanand French, 2.6 square meters in United Kingdom. But in China, the percapita consumption is no more than 0.3 square meters per year; it is farlower than the consumption level in other countries. The gypsum board ispopular in the past 100 years because of its high performance. It is as

// The gypsum board process is as following:

1.Preparation: Modified starch, retarder and water are mixed in a certain proportion; foaming agent and water are calculated.
Gypsum powder is transported to the hopper.All the raw materials are calculated to send to the mixer and make them suitable for use.

2.Belt conveyor: the upper-paper and lower paper will enter into the shapingmachine, thenthe slurry in the mixer will fall on the lower paper of the platform.The required gypsum boards are formed through the shaping machine and then finish the
solidification on the freezing belt. After the sized-cutter, it cuts to the neededlength, thenenter the drying kiln through distributor.

3.Board-exit: After drying, the gypsum board is cut to sized-length. Afterpacking, sealing and stacking, use the forklift to transport it to the warehouse.All the processes are finished.
