Production Process

1)Raw material drying ---Direct Type Drier

Providing necessary heat for clinker calcination,meeting clinker heat demand ,degrading toxic & hazardous wastes & avoiding the secondary pollution of refuse incinerator .

2)Mold design,making & producing ----EDM Plant

Designing through AUTO CAD,UG,ProE etc. software according to your requirements. Tool making once receipt of your approvals.Production will be proceeded if no any amendments from your side after receipt of counter sample .

3)Injection molding ----Plastic Injection Plants

Injecting the dried raw material into machine ,finishing the molding process according to its structure,application through heating ,cooling & lubricating ways .The range of our injection ma

-chines is between 58 and 1300 tons.

4)Quality inspection before lacquer painting ----Painting Plant

Quality inspection for the plastic articles after injection & before lacquer painting.For the non-con forming parts,either scrap or choose to improve.

5)Lacquer painting for plastic articles-----Lacquer Painting Plant

Partly or entirely painting according to your requirements .

6)Quality inspection after painting -----Painting Plant

Quality inspection for the plastic articles after painting.For the non-conforming parts,either scrap or choose to improve .

7)Automatic transfer printing -----Printing Plant

Printing according to your requirements on the plastic articles such as logo,picture,words etc.For the nonconforming parts,either scrap or choose to improve .

8)Plastic articles assembly -----Assembly Plant

After printing inspection & before assembly ,some articles need PVC film to be protected based on your requirements .

9)Carton & wooden case packing----Packing Plant

Our usual packing way is 1pc/PP inner polybag ,curtain pcs / outer carton or wooden case (curtain pcs based on plastic articles’ structure and size ,and the mold is packed by wooden case )

10) Final quality inspection ----Quality Assurance Dept.(Ours or yours )

Once finished packing ,the goods will be casually inspected on the basis of a certain proportion byour QA Dept. & issue the report .
