[Introduction]GN-S-UV2 is made of ultraviolet absorber and fabric softener formed by special emulsifying, dispersing process. It can be applied to cotton, linen, wool, viscose, polyester and blended fabrics with significant UV shielding effect and good washable performance.

1. Excellent absorption capacity of 290 ~ 400nm wavelength UV rays (UV-A and UV-B).

2. Can improve the light fastness of dyed fabric to prevent yellowing.

3. Can be used for dip and pad craft.

[Usage]

Dosage: Recommend dosage is 3-10%o.w.f, which can be adjusted according to demand.

( Tip: Light-colored and sparse structure fabrics need a higher dosage).

1. Dipping & dyeing method

Prepare working solution:

Dissolved in hot water at 60 centigrade to get GN-S-UV2 3~10g/l solution.

Processing condition:

Bath ratio: 1:10

Dipping at 60centigrade at least 10minutes --> Dry & patterned

2. Padding method

Prepare working solution:

Dissolved in hot water at 60 centigrade to get GN-S-UV2 3~10g/l solution.

Processing condition:

Dosage: 3.0 ~ 5.0% owf; bath ratio: 1:10;

Temperature: room temperature (25 centigrade) ~ 40 centigrade

Processing method:

Dipping-->padding, mangle expression 70%

--> Dry --> Pattern for 30-120seconds at 130 centigrade
