Plastic toy

These are plastic toy knights made of non-toxic pvc. They are of high quality and can meet various test standards. You can customized similar toys in very low price. Please check the details of these toy knights as follow,

1. Material: PVC (hardness adjustable from 45-90 degress) or ABS + lead free paint

2. Dimensions: customized

3. Artworks: customized, 4c or PMAS colors

4. Production technique: plastic injection

5. Printing technique: spraying or screen prinnting or pad printing.

6. Can meet EN71, ROHS, ASTM F963 test standards.

7. Suitable for kids aged 3 or plus

Samples: free samples are available with freight paid by the customers.

Moulds: processes of making new moulds are as below,

1. Please provide 3D design or you can have us do the work for you with a low cost.

2. Polymer clay modesl is made based on the 3D design.

3. Plastic injection mould are made based on the model.
