Working Principle Of Dry Magnetic Separator

The magnetic system is made up of high performance NdFeB & good quality ferrite material. The highest magnetic induction intensity of drum surface reach more than 08T, magnetic intensity is 3-5 times stronger than the common one, and the magnetism of magnetic field is the same level as the electro-magnetic separator. The drum is made up of abrasive stainless steel. The minerals is sent to the top of drum through the vibrating feeder uniformly. The non-magnetic material was removed from drum and the magnetic material is absorb to drum as a result of strong magnetism. The magnetic and non-magnetic material was separated by mineral-separated plate.

Application of Dry Magnetic Separator

It is widely used for separating ferrous without water and removing ferrous of refractory and other material.
