The advantages of auto-feeding machine:

1 Saving time and labor: it takes 1-2 hours to feed raw materials by auto-feeding machine, it is faster than worker’s 4 hours.

2 Increasing the amount of feeding: The amount of feeding is 250kg-270kg/m³ by auto-feeding machine, the amount of feeding is 150kg-170kg/m³. Increase the amount of feeding

3 Safety: there is no need for workers to enter the reactor to feed. When feed the raw materials just by the auto-feeder machine which ensure workers safety

The smaller the tire is, the more it can be pushed into reactor. Normally, a 10T reactor can load about 7-8T unbroken tire, 9-10T if it is fragment.

Pyrolysis System

1.The material of reactor is Q245R boiler steel.( 16mm ) The melting point of Q245R is 1000°C.

2.And the catalyst room has a function of reducing the pressure, dusting, and buffer action. It can slow down the oil gas to make subsequent cooling more fully and ensure the rate of oil out put.

Cooling system

1.The cooling area of the whole cooling system is about 90.44m³

Waste gas recovery system

1.There still have gas cannot be condensed, which is a kind of forming gas, like natural gas , including CH4,C2H6,C3H8,C4H10and so on.

2.These gas go through the anti-back fire device whose inner structure is same as oil-water separator.

3.It has 3/4 water, the gas enter into the anti-back and come out, then flow along the pipe enter to the reactor as fuel by gas gun.

Dust removal system

1.Using coal and wood as fuel will exist black smoke, especially when we use coal, there have so2 in the black smoke.

2.We need a pool and put some lime (CaO) into it.

3.The newest equipment is dual desulfurization and dust removal device, there are 20 high-pressure nozzles in dust removal device, the dust remover can press atomizing water into high-pressure nozzles by water pump, and atomizing water react with the so2to reach neutralization reaction, some big particle will be prevented by the water and flow into the pool.

Safety system

1.There are pressure gauges, safety valve and temperature gauge between the oil outlet and catalyst room.

2.First you should set the pressure value as 0.3mpa , when the reactor’s inner pressure value exceed it, the alarm will ring and the safety valve will open in a few minutes, then let oil gas out to ensure safety.

Recycled products

1.Fuel oil:

Widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron factories, ceramics or chemical industries or hotels, restaurants etc.

or used for generators to get electricity.

2.Carbon black:

Used for construction bricks with clay also can be used as fuel

3.Steel wire:

Sold or reprocessing

4.Combustible gas:

Can be recycled and used during process as fuel.
