Sheet metal laser cutting fabrication

Laser cutting, using a focused laser beam to cut various materials into simple shapes, complex shapes or forms and contours. Laser Cutting is ideal for quick making custom parts from a wide variety of materials. Most types of materials can be cut by laser cutting including, plywood, ceramics, mylar's, cardboards and plastics. Laser cutting is an excellent method for cutting carbon steel and stainless steel.

We can supply small quantities of your custom Laser Cut parts for prototype, research & development and production. Our Laser Cut Machine with a computer systems with CNC and CAD programs direct the laser cutting beam, cutting the material into the programed shape. Any changes necessary to the design of a laser cutting part can be quickly handled with CNC and CAD programs.

Sheet metal bending fabrication

CNC bending- Sets of Chinese and imported 160T/300T/800T CNC bending machines.Bending thickness: 0.5-30mm Bending length: 6000mm we have full set of different bending mould which can satisfy the customers' reuqirement. Our bending workers are all well trained and with at least 3 year bending experiance.

Sheet metal welding fabrication

Welding fabrication - We supply professional connecting welding service such as argon arc welding, co2 gas shielded arc welding, butt welding and spot welding, filler wire welding service, seal welding service and repairing welding service etc. Welcome customers home and abroad in need of machinery and steel structure welding.

A. With scale of ten thousand square meters , different processing machines , we are able to finish up to 2000 tons raw material every year , generally , one full 20 feet container ( about 20 tons) can be done in 20- 25 days .
