How do I get a quote?

We need a 3D CAD solid model to prepare a FirstQuote interactive quote. All of the Firstcut processes are dependent on good 3D CAD solid models. Two-dimensional (2D) drawings are not adequate for quoting or making parts.

We can accept native SolidWorks (.sldprt) or ProE (.prt) files as well as solid 3D CAD models from other CAD systems output in IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), ACIS (.sat) or Parasolid (.x_t or .x_b) format. We can also accept .stl files.

How quickly can you get parts delivered to me?

Generaly we make quick prototype parts within 3-5 working days .We accept FeDex/DHL/UPS/TNT/other express delivery

What is the typical cost?

The best way to find out is to submit a 3D CAD model and get a FirstQuote interactive quote. Because Firstcut uses proprietary software and automated fixturing processes, there are no up front non-recurring engineering (NRE) costs. This makes purchasing parts in quantities as low as 1-10 cost effective. Prices compared with traditional rapid prototypes (SLA, SLS and FDM) are comparable to somewhat higher, but with the real material properties and improved surface finishes that you get at Firstcut you receive a higher VALUE.

Do you have enough machines to surport me in my time of need ?

We have enough die cast machines-totally 30 sets in our workshop.We can meet anytime of your emergency need. Die casting capacity is often defined by machine sizes ,Our aluminum die casting machines are range from 160Ton to 800 Ton ,Zinc die casting machines are from 25Ton to 400 Ton,Which giving us the ability to save almost and industry and application .
