Langwei 801 is a fast cure high performance one component polyurethane construction sealant/adhesive

Description:

It is s a high performance fast cure one component polyurethane sealant. When cured it will form a tough, flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement. Joint or fabrications formed with this sealant can be expected to extend and compress a total of 50%(±25%) of the original joint dimensions

Is virtually unaffected by normal weathering conditions such as rain, sunlight, snow, sleet, ozone, atmospheric contamination and pollution, it’s excellent weather ability it to retain it’s original properties after years of exposure, its physical properties remain relatively unchanged over a wide temperature range(-40°c to 70°c)

Storage & Shelf Life:

We suggest the products should be stored in the dry place bellow 25°C,avoid high temperature and moisture. The shelf life is nine months.

Attention:

1. If the sealant is opened, it should be,used up at once time.

2. The best work condition is at the temperature of 15-35°C and at the degree of humidity of 55%-75% RH.

3. When the environment temperature is below 10°C,or extrusion below craft requirement ,we suggest sealant be roasted for 30-50minutes in the oven(50-60°C).
