Working principle

This vortex flow meter is a fluid vibration type flow measurement,wich is according to Karmen Vortex Street Principle.Insert a non-streamlined pillar in the flowing fluid, it will create two lines parallel interlaced vortex on both sides of the pillar rear.

Instrument features

l No moving parts, long-term stability, simple structure and convenient installation and maintenance.

l The anti-disturbance circuit and anti-vibration sensing head, has a certain environmental anti-vibration performance.

l The ultra low power single chip micro-computer technology, one 3.6VDC 10AH Lithium battery can be continuous used for about 4 year.

l The software can nonlinear adjust instrument coefficient for improving the measurement accuracy.
