-- Especially for fixing after printing which efficiently prevents white substrate staining.

-- Similar performance of HT-505 at 40% and NBS powder that diluted to same solid content.

-- Similar performance of HT-505 that diluted to 3 times and O powder diluted to 5 times.

-- Sharply improves soaping and perspiration fastness of fabrics after treatment.

-- Negligible influence on shades and hand feels.

Application

-- High concentration product and can be diluted 2-3 times.

-- Printing fixing process for acid dyestuffs

Pale shades: 1-2% (O.W.F)

Medium shades: 2-4% (O.W.F)

Deep shades: 3-6% (O.W.F)

Bath ratio: 1: 15-20

Temperature & time: 65-75°C × 20 min

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: 12 months in sealed container at room temperature
