Characteristics:

The flame retardant reactive type and nanometer level masterbatch. It have good heat stability and light stability and good fluxility in process. The fineness is nanometer level, so the product have low density, low cost, good physical performance, resin compatibility, no frost. The products meet the standard RoHS and no contain PBB, PBDE.

Instruction: additive percent for your reference

1, Different LDPE have different melting point, the additive percent have a little difference. If percentage additive more than the best additive percent, the flame retardant level is more lower.

2, It can’t be mixed with CACO3 and TALC, if do, the flame retardant function will be lost.

It is widely used in PE products just like Christmas decoration, wire and cable, electronic field, insulating material, corrugated pipe, safety net, sleeving.
