HDPE RoHS flame retardant chemical in engineering plastic agent

The mixtures of antimony trioxide + DBDPE + HDPE Carrier

The flame retardant reactive type and nanometer level masterbatch. It have good heat stability and light stability and good fluxility in process. The fineness is nanometer level, so the product have low density, low cost, good physical performance, resin compatibility, no frost. It wildly use in LDPE film, Christmas tree, drawbench, Textile, The products meet the standard RoHS and no contain PBB, PBDE.

* Products merits:

1, The final products using this flame retardant will be no frost and whity.

2, Low additive so save the cost. It can be added directly in LDPE, reduce the process stage so save cost.

3, It meet the standard RoHS, no powder and no pollution.

4, Good heat stability and suitable for process in high temperature (≥200°C)

5, The density for final products is ≤1.0; The density for Br flame retardant is about 1.3.

6, Good physical performance and stay the same physical performance as resin (consistency with resin)

* Instruction: additive percent for your reference

1, Suggest adding 3-5% maleic anhydride in LDPE, It can improve the flame retardant and physical performance.

2, Different LDPE have different melting point, the additive percent have a little difference. If percentage additive more than the best additive percent, the flame retardant level is more lower. High melting point is better, we suggest to use the LDPE with melting point above 8.

3, Suggest adding 5-15% pulvistalci masterbatch, it can save the cost and reach the effect of strength, but the flame retardant level will be a little reduced. The percentage additive need make an adjustment.

4, If using the recycled material, the percentage additive will be made an adjustment.
