We have experienced inspectors that can perform the inspection with professional attitude. We perform the inspections with AQL international inspectionstand, also with client's special requirements.

What kinds of products can we inspect?

We have the inspection background for different kinds of products, scuh as softline products, toys, furniture, machines, tools, electronic products, building material, art crafts, etc. You can give us your specifications then we will give you our solutions.

What we do when performing the quality inspection?

1. Check the maunufacturing schedule of the order by confirm the quantity of the products.

2. Check the packing of the products.

3. Check the different information or marks reqiured by clients, such as the information on the carton, information on gift box, information on products, warning text and all the others.

4. Check the overall outwar appearance.

5. Check the conmponents of the products.

6. Perform the general tests.

(1) General function test.

(2) Dimension of packing or products.

(3) Gross weight or net weight.

(4) Carton drop test.

(5) Barcode number test.

7. List all the defects of products found during the inspection.

What type of inspection will we perform?
1. Raw material inspection - Ensure the raw material meets your requirements.

2. During production inspection - When 20% or more of products have been finished we perform the inspection.

3. Pre-shipment inspection - All the products have been finished and packed.

4. 100% full inspection - Check all the pieces of products.

What kind of other service can we provide?
1. Factory inspection or factory audit - Verify your supplier.

2. Container loading supervision - Supervise the whole loading process for you.

3. Lab test - Test the sample to see whether it meets the requirement.

4. Sample taking supervision - Ensure the sample is taken from production line randomly.
