We are mainly engaged in two business, one is designing and manufacturing the environmental equipments including pyrolysis equipment and distillation equipment, which applied to waste tires, waste plastic, oil sludge, oil shale, waste engine oil and waste heavy oil; this system adopts the Pyrolysis catalytic reforming approach to convert the waste tires and other organic solid waste materials to fuel oil, then we get good quality oil, wire steel and carbon char.

SQGQ's technology cleanly and quietly heats the waste materials in an inert atmosphere. Organic solid waste thermal conversion facility, convert the waste into products that include various grades of finely milled carbon char, mixed oil, vapor gas and high quality tensile steel. The whole process work under closed system and is environment friendly. The process will be optimized to meet the carbon and oil requirements of various customers.

Main components of the system

1) Feeder

We can provide the several kinds of feeding machine, clients can choose according to the different feedstock:

A.conveyor belt B. hydraulic type feeder C. screw type feeder

2) Reactor

Steel material: boiler plate Q245, 12mm/14mm/16mm thickness. The client also can choose stainless steel.

3) Heating system

Usually there are three burners for pyrogas. About the fuel, the customer can choose coal, wood, natural gas, oil etc. If chose the natural gas or oil, it is necessary

to add the gas-burners or oil-burners.

4) Cooling system

We have different types of cooling system according to the customer’s requirements:

A. water pool B. tube type condenser C. sprinkle cooling system D. water cooling tower

5) Oil tanks

We will provide residual oil tank and diesel oil tank.

6) Emission controller

It can remove the dust and some other impurities or something harmful to the environment before into the air.

The impurities will be sediment in the small water box, then the operator need to clean the water box half month or one month.

7) Safety device

Water seal is the very important part, it is filtrating the gas and stopping the back fire.

Area covering

The whole set equipment will cover around 300 square meters but it is the bigger the better, since you will need the place to store the raw material and carbon black and steel wire if your feedstock is steel tire.

3) Energy conservation and low cost on operation: special covers of the reactors and chambers can keep hot during the heating in good efficiency as well as the direct heating system to save energy and cost.

1. Warranty period : the reactor and other pyrolysis equipment main parts (like tanks, cooling system...) except for the wearing parts, two years is the expariy time.
