Thousands of tiny dust mites live in bedding, pillows, blankets, decorative fabrics and carpets, which would create a potent allergen prime, and would cause human acute asthma attacks, particularly dangerous to young children. To this end, we developed a special anti-mite agent for textile.

1. This product contains special compounds, which can repel and kill mites. The fabric processed with this product can kill 96.15%mite in 30 minutes. Mites killing rate is up to 98.0% in 24h, 100% in 48h.

2. The antimicrobial groups imported from this product can prevent a variety of bacteria, fungi breeding, cut off the mites food chain, also play a deodorant effect. The rate of anti Staphylococcus aureus is up to 97%.

3. Using advanced natural polymer coating microencapsulation technology, so that this product has good sustained-release effect and long-lasting anti-mite properties;

4. Good security,, LD50 ≥ 2000mg/Kg (mice test), no skin irritation;

5. Fit for a variety of natural and synthetic fibers, with minimal impact on the feel, color, other physical indicators of the fabric.

[Usage]

Different object have different usage, usually recommend 3.0 ~ 5.0% o.w.f.

1. Padding process:

Preparing working solution: GN-S-FM ---- 40~70g/l

Processing method: Dipping-->padding, mangle expression 70%

Drying 80centigrade×3-5 minutes

Baking 120centigrade×1-2minutes

2. Dipping method

Dosage: 3.0 ~ 5.0% o.w.f; bath ratio: 1:10;

Temperature: room temperature (25 centigrade) ~ 40 centigrade

Processing method:

Fabric completely submerged for 10-20 minutes --> spin-dried

--> dry at about 100 centigrade --> pattern for 1-2 minutes at 120 centigrade
