1. Standard Egg Powder

Standard Egg Powder is dried in vibrating fluid bed dryers. It has the larger particle size. It’s the most common type of whole egg powder and known all over the world. Perfect for use in pasta, bakery, omelettes, sauces, dry cake mixes, meat processing, cosmetics, pet food etc.

2. Premium Egg Powder
Premium powder is dried in spray dryer machines. With the smaller particle size it has a higher solubility comparing to the Standard type (98 – 99%). It is characterized by perfect whipping and foam persistence. This spray dried powder is ideal for making mousses, cakes and pastries that require special lightness.
