Q: Can I get free samples for test from your company? A: Samples are available, all customers shall pay the sample fee and shipping cost, when you place an order, sample fee will return to you.

Q: What is the MOQ of your products? A: The MOQ of our products is 1000 pcs for one model one size, which can be negotiated.

Q: We'd like to print our Logo on the appliances. Can you make it? A: We provide OEM service which including logo printing, gift box design and carton design. But need to reach our MOQ first.

Q: How about the Delivery time? A: 3-5 weeks after receipt of deposit and confirmation all designs based on normal condition.

Q: I'd like to know your Payment terms. A: T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight or west union.
