We can divide the whole pyrolysis process into five main parts:

1. Feed raw materials:

The raw material can be waste tire/waste plastic/waste rubber. Always feed by the auto feeder.

2. Pyrolysis:

Include a reactor and catalyst room. Heat the reactor by coal/wood/oil/natural gas.

This part will produce high temperature oil gas, the oil gas then flow into the next system.

3. Condensing:

Oil gas come out from the reactor and catalyst room then cooling down in this part.

Condensing systeminclude condenser pipe, oil water separator, horizontal condenser

and waste gas condenser. This will makethe oil yield to the maximum.

4. Waste gas recovery:

This part mainly deal with the gas cannot be condensed. The whole process is very steady and high efficiency.

5. Discharge:

After finished oil produce, the temperature of reactor can be cooling down, When the temperature

falls down to 40 degree then carbon black can be discharged automatically by the way of anticlockwise

rotate the reactor. The carbon black will drop into slag pool and then use screw conveyor to clean the slag pool. After discharging the carbon black, we can discharge the steel wire. There is steel wire hook in the

auto-feeder, we only need to put the steel wire hook into the reactor, and start the motor, the steel wire can be

pulled out easily, there is no need for workers to contact the reactor, it is very convenient.

Widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron factories, ceramics or chemical industries

or hotels, restaurants etc. or used for generators to get electricity.

Used for construction bricks with clay also can be used as fuel

4.Combustible gas:

Can be recycled and used during process as fuel.

1. What does your machine can get after pyrolysis waste tire?

From waste tire to tire 45%-50% oil,30% carbon black, and 15% tire steel and rest pyrolysis gas.

2. How to process carbon black?

Make carbon black into briquette which has 4000-5000 kilocalories, or could make it into color master batch.

3. If the tire crude oil quality cannot meet our local demands, what can we do?

Tire oil can be further refine and get tire diesel which are the yellow color oil very clean energy.

4. What is ur plant area space need?

Usually 33 feet width and 131 feet length for the 10 tons capacity machine

5. How many labors need for this plant?

Our machine are highly automatic, usually 4 workers

6. How to process the waste gas/pyrolysis gas from inside reactor?

We have the professional system to reuse the pyrolysis gas back to the heating system to burn. Save ur fuel cost.

7. Does your machine pollute the environment?

Our machine has different and higher technology dust removing system to guarantee the emission from
