Operating InstructionsCharging: place the solar penal exposed to direct sunlight; insert the plug of the solar penal into power outlet on the main device. Charge indicator light fleshes while charging, and keeps stable when fully charged. Charging from other electricity source is optional.Using with load: the system has three outputs and protection from overload and short circuit. In case of overload and short circuit, ‘Overload’ lights up. Lifting overload by lowering the actual load will resume operation of the device. When batter power is low, b ‘Shortage’ lights up. Timely recharging resumes operation of the device and prolongs useful life of the battery.
