Product Warranty and Payment Method

Warranty, we offer 12 months limited warranty for our products. Damage due to misuse, Ill treatment and unauthorized modifications and repairs are not covered by our warranty.

Payment Mothed, we usually accept the payment methods include Paypal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram. 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipping. Buyer can choose which payment ways that you accept. Paypal is most useful and safe, please don’t refuse paypal fee when you choose Paypal.

We provide complete one package services from initial design consultation, prototype fabrication, initial sample runs, and manufacturing services. Whether it be inside laser module, component installation, box build, packaging and buyer logo engraving, or the complete finished unit – we are here to serve you.

Product come with card board package:100mm(L)*60mm(W)*65mm(H) Customized packaging provided. Packaging style included: cardboard packaging, plastic packaging and skin packing...etc

Shipping Method

We provide comprehensive shipping methods, for small quantity orders we ship by DHL Air-Express, or EMS/TNT Express service, it is safe and fast. For large quantity orders we can ship by Air transportation or sea transportation, also we can ship order to buyer’s cargo agent in China. We quoted prices are EXW price, don’t include shipping cost.
