Application technique

SPJ-202 Antifoam is widely used to synthesize PVC, and can be used in water-based paints, petrochemical, paper-making, textile, mechanical processing, food, pharmaceutical industries.SPJ-202 Antifoam can be used to recycle unreacted VCM after suspension polymerization. Its good defoaming and antifoaming property can help to efficiently remove and resist the generation of foam. Its dosage is 0.05-0.25‰ of PVC. It can also be used in emulsion polymerization.It may demix slightly after long storage, please stir it to uniform before use.

Packing and storage

This product is packed in plastic drum (net weight: 25kg) or packed in iron drums (net weight: 200kg).Please prevent the product from collision, inversion, insolation and rain, and store it in dry, cool, shady, ventilated places.

3. The product’s shelf life is 6 months if stored as above. After the effective period, it can also be used if tested to be qualified
