1.Power rectifier system introduction :

AC DC rectifier system is consisted by one rectifier module or multiple rectifier modules and monitor

modules. The power of rectifier systems can be different by different quantity rectifier modules.

This rectifier system converters high voltage AC to DC24V or DC48V use for special DC equipment

load. High efficiency>96%.

Remark:Some rectifier system need rectifier modules,monitor and distribution;some system only need

rectifier modules.ACDC rectifier system can supply DC power for DC load and charging for battery at

the same time.

1. Output load shunt have functions of short-circuit and over-current protection.Shunt capacity can be adjusted according to user requirements.

2. Battery input with fuse breaker or MCB, has functions of short circuit, over-current protection and alarm. Fault condition can be detected.

3. The software is easy and safe to operate.

4. Parameter setting is comprehensive and detailed, such as Low machine time setting, Temperature compensation setting, Overvoltage-under voltage setting, Recovery voltage etc.

Monitoring content

1. LCD display: Blue background, white information, including date, system voltage, load current, battery current, input voltage, load condition (connect or disconnect), battery temperature, charge condition, etc.

2. Through the system menu set the relevant parameters, including System voltage setting, Charge Management, Alarm limit setting, Low pressure breaker setting, time setting, modify password, language selection, module configuration, etc.

3. Alarm and recording functions: Through RS485 connect and communicate between rectifier module and monitor module. There are 3 types of alarm, emergency alarm, the main alarm, general alarm.
