A halogen lamp heater is a contactless heat source with the following merits:
High temperature heating: By efficiently utilizing the heat emitted

from the 3,200 K light source, it can achieve high temperature heating

from 1,000–1,400°C.
(Temperature achieved depends on conditions.)
Energy efficient: high efficiency layout and ability to spot heat enable heating

with minimal power draw.

Stability: calibrated control structure allows for stable, consistent heat output.
Speedy: can be set up easily and freely, making processes that much faster;

also heats up quickly, reducing production time.

High-speed response: The heat element responds quickly,

producing a 90% response (temperature rise) in approximately 1 second,

enabling high-speed heating of work.
This makes it possible to shorten the production process itself.

Clean: contactless construction allows for clean heating.

It is also capable of heating through panes of glass,

so it can be used for heat treating inside a vacuum chamber.
