Dielectric strength

Between power input terminals and encloser should be able to endure AC 1500V, 50Hz(virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.

Dielectric isolation Between “Zero Potential” terminal and each signal output terminal should be able to endure AC 750V, 50Hz (virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.

Manual adjustment operation mode

The output current is consecutive and can be regulated manually.

Constant potential operation mode

1.Constant potential is consecutive and can be regulated in the range of - 300mV — 3000mV.

2.Constant potential precision: The error is less than 5mV.

Constant current operation mode

1.Range of constant current: In constant current operation mode, the current is consecutive and can be regulated in the range of 1%ldN ~ 100%ldN.

2.Constant current precision: better than 2%.

alarm when protection potential departures from 30mV ~100 mVof control potential, the equipment will be alarming automatically.
overcurrent protection

1.when the power is up to 102% ~ 110% of rated output current, the transformer rectifier will alarm with sound and light.

2.when the alarming time is over 20s, the unit will change into constant current operate mode.

Protection against reversed polarity The rectifier of auto-control will close automatically when there is reversed polarity.
On-off test There are manual control and telecontrol to make the system into on-off test( on for 12s and off for 3s).
Data transmission interface Protection potential, output current, output voltage can be isolated and transformed to 4 - 20mA standard industrial signal and then transmitted remotely. Transform precision is better than 1%. Point-to-point interfaces and RS485 interface can be used to transmit remotely.
Telecontrol given value the given potential can be set locally and remotely. Given signal is 4 -20mA standard industrial signal will be transformed to potential signal (0-3000mV). Transform error is better than 0.3%.
Telecontrol switching The system can receive remote select signal to select one device to be operating. The indicator of operating device shall be light.
Telecontrol startup and shutdown The system can receive remote shutdown signal and then shut down normally.
Interfaces for telecontrol and teletransmission Point-to point interfaces, RS485 Interfaces, etc.
Interlock function The system has been equipped with interlock unit to prevent two constant potential devices from operating at the same time, one operating and the other is spare
Measurement and display

Output voltage, output current, pipe-soil (protection) potential, AC input voltage can be measured and displayed by meters separately. And the power consumption also can be record by meter.
