Casting Technique: Silica Sol Sodium Silicate compound technique (lost wax casting)Our company adopt mold wax casting technology with Silica Sol --Sodium Silicate compound to the production process, with two automatic shell dry line : Silica Sol line and Sodium Silicate, it is highly automated and could shorten the drying time of the mold shell effectively; thermostatically controlled, so dry shell evenly to improve shell strength; to achieve mass production.

Heat treatment capacity: high-frequency quenching furnace 1 set, pit tempering resistance furnace 2 sets, pit quenching furnace 1 set, trolley resistance furnace 4 sets, box-type resistant furnace 4 sets and heat treatment pool 3 sites.

Castings are in plastic film, and then in plywood case.
