Brief introduction of used tire recycling machine

The two keys of pyrolysis plant are reactor and cooling system.

Reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life. It is made by welded steel plate. So the quality of welding will have a direct impact on safety and service life.

Therefore, we use automatic welding machine, X rays detection and heating treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly improve working efficiency.

For cooling systems, there are two steps. Cooling pipe is the first step. The second is condenser. We have three condensers. And there are 57 pipes in one condenser. Diameter is 48mm for one small pipe.

The heat exchanging area is about 13square meters for one condenser. So the total cooling area is about 40 square meters, which will guarantee you a high oil yield.

Security

The main equipment is of high safety. The phase of the unliquefizable waste gas produced during the process is alkyl from C1to C4, which is dangerous when burning directly. In our process, it is transferred first through a water close device and a safety device- burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

Environmental Protective

Dispose waste gas, liquid, and residua in the process:

1. Waste gas: Transferred through two safety device: water close &burning air nozzle. Fully burnt, not only eliminated pollutant but also minimized the quantity of fuels. For smoke dust discharge, we apply series machines of patent in our company Desulphurization and dust remover which could control the smoke dust discharge amount meet relative standards of GB-2001.

2. Waste liquid: Produced waste acidic water in the process of oil disposing (50kg process from 1 ton of oil easy to process for small quantity). counteract the liquid by alkalescent liquid solution. After three stage of filtration, the litmusless waste water was introduced to evaporator(use the heat of the flue of main processor as its heating resource)

3. Waste solid. The solid residua will be left after the catalyst splitting from scrap plastic, approximately composes the waste plastic weight about 5% to 10%. Its main component is the thick black carbon. It can be the raw material of the production industry of black carbon. Also could be mixed with the pulverized coal ash which produces for the raw material thermal power plant, also could be the raw material of manufacture pulverized coal ash brick (one kind of environmental protection building material).

Energy saving:

1. Well sealing for heating system , no gas leak and saving fuel.

2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for reactor heating .

Processing Steps for Waste Tyre Recycling Machine

A. Put material to reactor manually or by auto feeder, close the loading door and start heating.

B. Pyrolysis is start when you heating the reactor. Control temperature by control box and energy volume.

C. The oil-gas will go through catalysis chamber and cooling system and was cooled to oil, then was collected in oil tanks.

D. Waste smoke and dust will be cleaned in de-dusting system.

E. Water water will be cleaned three times and re-added to machine.

F. Waste gas will be re-burnt as fuel to heat reactor.

G. After one batch of producing, residue( most are carbon black) will be discharged automatically from slagging door to a pond.

H. Wires from tire can be drew out before producing by steel wire drawer. If not, the wire will be pulled out of reactor after one batch of producing.
