Warranties and Returns:
If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 business days from the date you receive the product.
All Server and Networking equiepment comes with a standard 1 year warranty, All Printer Supplies comes with a standard 3 month warranty. Unless otherwise noted.
During warranty period, any part which has problem under manufacture standard will be sent back to the seller as following condition:
a. The Buyer will be charged the freight charge of sending defective parts to the Seller via Airway ( FedEx / DHL or other couriers )
b. The Seller will be charged the freight charge of sending defective parts to the Buyer via Airway ( FedEx / DHL or other couriers )
All warranty claims require an RMA# and item Serial# that you must confirm by calling or emailing us before returning an item to us.
Products received later than 7 days after an RMA has been issued, cannot be accepted for return.
