Flow Meter Filling Machine

It works on the principle of positive-displacement flowmetertechnology. Our Positive Displacement Flow Meters use two rotating impellers driven by flowing liquidby pressure pump connecting with storage tank. Magnetsimbedded in the impellers activate a non intrusive sensor which generates a pulsed output signal. Each pulse represents a knownvolume.A K-Factor converts the pulses into engineering units for remote data collection and digital display.

This process allows ourfillers to achieve a +/- 0.5% accuracy and repeatability. The meter has only two moving parts, no bearings, no motors, no clutch orbrakes and is programmed through ourmicroprocessor touch pad for virtually anyvolume. This reduces the amount ofmechanical moving parts and adds to thelong term reliability of the system. It is widely used for filling Edible Oil ,Lube Oil, Lubricant, Cooking Oil etc.
