FAQ

Q: It can not work when pressing the button.

A:1) Please check whether the battery has enough power or not.

2) Please check whether the storage battery needs to charge or not.

3) Please check whether your operation is correct or not(If you want to control the parking lock in the car, you need to put it in the front of the windscreen, and press the button for 1 or 2 seconds.).

4) Please check whether you have kept the remote control away from the interference sources (interference sources refer to those messy electrical waves that can interface wireless radio signals, such as the strong and weak current or the network cable).

5) Please check whether the distance between the remote control and parking lock are suitable or not.

6) Please check whether it is the bad weather that makes the remote controlling distance get shorter.

Attention: That the remote controlling distance gets shorter because of the bad weather or the messy interface sources is normal phenomenon, for the operational module is wireless data receiver module.
