working principle--SZC vertical vibrating elevator
Driving device vibration motor of SZC series vertical vibrating conveyor (elevator) is installed in the lower part of conveying tower. The two vibrating motors are symmetric and cross installation. Conveying tower is composed of pipe body and screw conveying trough which is welded around the pipe body. Conveying tower is located on the vibration damping device. The vibration damping device is composed of pedestal and isolation spring. When the vertical vibrating conveyor (elevator) is working, according to dual vibration motors self-synchronization principle, vibrating motor can generate excitation force. Thus it can force the whole conveying tower to do space complex vibration of horizontal circular motion and upward vertical motion. The materials in the spiral groove will do uniform casting circular motion by the action of conveying groove and move up along the conveying groove. Thus it can complete conveying operations of materials upwords (or downwords).
