Self Sealing Pouch

Made of MG paper & Medical Composite Film by high temperature sealing. It's has been widely used as a quick and safe sterilization materials for medical instruments, dispossibles and accessories such as surgicalscissors, dental examination, medical catheter, etc.

This pouch suitable for Steam & EO (ETO) sterilization, cause this medical film bear high temperature and paper is breathable for steam and EO gass which make sure sterilization available.

Raw Materials

MG paper is torturable and performs brilliant in air permeability. Also, it bears high tempreture steam and has no effacts on sterilization.

Just like MG paper, Medical Film is much more torturable and stands 130 °c high tempreture for Steam sterile process. Further more, it's flexible enough to make sure sealing strength and peel easily and competely apart from paper.

Processing Progress

To make steam pouch, paper and medical film jumbo rolls need to be slit into small rolls. Paper roll will be printed with customer's logo, products information, indicator change colors,etc. Printing could be exactly as customer required or design according to infromation customer provide.

Pouch Making Process

When all the raw materials ( MG paper printed, film slit into small rolls ) ready, these will be loaded on machine and heat sealed.After sealed, rolls will be silt into several steam pouches, then test tear strength comply to EN 868 or CE.

At last,qualified pouch in PE bags and packed in carton.

After tested, steam pouches will be packed 200pcs/box ( box also could be printed with customer's information ), then boxes will be placed in carton ( printable ) for delivery.
