Safety points

When feeding, we need to rotate the boiler taking advantage of built-in spiral plates to full up the reactor and make full use of the space. In this case, the oil outlet pipe maybe blocked.

1.In order to avoid this problem, We set one anti-clogging net inside it.

2. Pressure gauges, alarms, and safety valves

2.1 Even there is blocking causing high pressure inside the reactor (this situation easily cause explosion), alarm will ring to call worker to adjust the condition.

2.2 If there is no answer from workers, no need to worry, we also have pressure reducing valve which can automatically reduce the pressure .

Every case we have taken into attention to avoid any dangerous condition. Just keep danger strangled in the cradle.

3. Vacuum Device

Especially continuous feeding of waste plastic and also heating, there maybe odorous gas going out from the reactor. How to avoid? Vacuum Device helps! Before heating the reactor and the temperature inside below 100 celsius degrees, open this device, vacuum state easily sunk these bad smell to its space.

Environmental

From gas, water, sound and slag the four terms to protect our environment.

1.Gas.

1.1 Produced in the refining process, like methane, ethane, propane and other combustible gas.

These gases are kind of energy, why not take advantage of them? Therefore we recycle them to furnace as a fuel to heat the reactor, save energy and reduce pollution.

1.2 Another source of gas is from the smoke burned of coal/wood/oil/combustible gas. If discharged directly into the air, must cause bad small also air pollution. It’s not wise if you do this way. Our acid-base neutralization dust-removing system helps you solve the problem.

1.3 The last, no sulfur, no pollution. Just water steam with high temperature.

2.Water.

Used for cooling and can be recycled, no pollution here, just with high temperature.

3.Slagging

Usually means carbon black in the first link, our pyrolysis machine. There are many use of carbon black.

3.1.Used as raw material in factory which produce shoes, tires, cable or sealant.

3.2. Make carbon black powder into carbon black briquette, use it for burning.

4.Sound

The voice from the whole production line is in line with national noise emission standards.
